All notices for this
offer must be
received before close of business 30th September 2010 and
upgrades must be confirmed within 6 months of notice to attract
the $100 Bounty per unit.

Any person can be an ecoBright® Bounty Hunter - you do
not need to own the energy controllers nor do you need to be
working for the company or organisation that owns the energy
controllers.

Bounty of $100 includes GST and applies per energy controller. The
Bounty will only be paid for units successfully upgraded within
6 (six) months of notification and upgrade controllers must be
purchased through ecoBright®.

The first person to contact ecoBright® with
the complete details of
the old energy controllers as specified in these terms and
conditions, will be credited with the $100 Bounty
per controller. ecoBright® reserves the right to
contact Bounty Hunters to notify them of their Bounty claim
status.

Bounty Hunters must advise the
following when notifying
ecoBright®:

Bounty Hunter's Name, EMail and Contact
Phone number (landline preferred).

Name and location of company or
organisation that has the units installed.

How many units you are nominating to upgrade.

If a company upgrades their own energy controllers - the
Bounty per controller will be paid as a $100 discount off their
purchase price on the new controllers.

If an electrical contractor upgrades a third party's energy
controllers - the Bounty per controller will be paid as a
$100 discount off their purchase price on the new controllers.

If an employee of a company applies for the Bounty -
ecoBright® recommends they apply for the Bounty as a
company and secure the $100 up front discount on behalf of the
company when upgrading to the new controllers. For example, a
Facility Manager can personally submit a Bounty claim and pocket
the $100 per unit - however there may be some exposure
for the Facility Manager from an ethical viewpoint. Once the $100 Bounty per controller
has been paid however, ecoBright® will not be liable for any
further payment on the same controllers.

Bounty payments include GST and will only be paid via Direct
Credit provisions.

Bounty Hunters agree to provide the correct
payment details as required by ecoBright® to secure
payment and ecoBright®
Privacy Provisions apply to
all information submitted in response to this promotion.

ecoBright®
reserves the right to contact Bounty Hunters to inform them of
their bounty claims status and/or inform them of future
promotions.

Bounty Hunters will only be awarded a bounty on the number of
units they nominate and are subsequently successfully upgraded.
For example, if a Bounty Hunter nominates 10 controllers at a
location and it is subsequently found that the location has 20
controllers and all controllers are upgraded, then the Bounty
Hunter will receive a bounty for 10 controllers only.

The $100 Bounty promotion is
offered by ecoBright® Pty Ltd, and management's
decision relating to Bounty claims is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
